Shipping, Refund, Seller Term
Shipping
SF Brandname ships products daily via SCG Express service. All orders will be delivered the day after the order is placed. In the case of customers ordering products on Saturday / Sunday, the shop will ship the products on Monday. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays) and free domestic delivery in every purchase. Customers can be assured that your products will be safe and delivered to you as quickly as possible. If you order more than one item per order but use a different address, the store will send the product for free as well.
Messenger service: The shop offers a free messenger service in the Sukhumvit area or nearby areas. For other areas in Bangkok and its vicinity, the shop uses Lalamove service and charges based on actual distance.
Purchase of products: Customers who want to send products to sell at the shop will have to pay for the delivery service themselves.
Refund
The SF Brandname store will provide a refund only for the following reasons:
1. Wrong size
2. Not all accessories were indicated
3. Items that have been purchased cannot be worn, such as belts, shoes, etc.
In case of other cases, the store reserves the right not to return in all cases.
Refund: customers will receive a refund once the product is returned to the store and inspected successfully. Customers will receive the refunded money after 1 working day.
Seller Term
Those wishing to sell products online are required to complete the sell / consignment documents provided by the store. If your products pass the assessment, you will be paid immediately.
For those who bring products to the store to sell, they must fill out all information on the form and attach the product owner’s ID card as evidence. If passed the assessment will be paid immediately.
Consignment: the consignment contract has a period of 30 days. If the customer wish to have their product back 3 days before the contract ends, there will be a fine of 2,000 baht. In the event that 30 days have passed and the product has not been sold, the store is willing to send it back free of charge. If customers are interested in changing from consignment to selling, they can do so as well and they need to fill out the information in the store's form like a regular sale.
